What we do:

• We use cutting edge media technology to present the Gospel of Jesus Christ and enhance the worship experience;
• We use the tools God has blessed us with to serve God and the congregation.

 How we serve:

• We present the “words to worship” and other graphics during services and special events;
• We provide media support for services and special events;
• We videotape church events;
• We produce original media presentations;
• We help others spread their message using computer graphics and video.

 The Media Ministry serves God and our church. As custodians of media technology at Monmouth Worship Center, and in partnership with the Audio Ministry, our goal is to enhance worship and present the Word of God.

 We have been blessed with state-of-the-art computer, audio and video technology: computer graphics are produced on a high-speed graphics workstation, a 40-channel audio console is used for sound mixing and production, two high-power digital LCD projectors throw video and graphics onto 14-foot screens, and we record church events and produce original video presentations using a professional-grade three-chip CCD digital video camera. We also produce original multi-media presentations.

With a servant heart, the Media Ministry team offers service to any church group needing assistance in producing computer graphics for presentations, special productions, videotaping, and display of song lyrics for worship.

Guidelines for submission

• All items for presentation must be approved by the pastor.
   
• Please submit material or audio production requirements no later than the Thursday before the Sunday your work is to be presented. If you need us to create your presentation, or have special technical needs, please contact us as soon as possible.
   
• Our computer uses Microsoft Windows XP and Office XP, including PowerPoint and Windows Media Player. We also have high-speed internet access. 
   
• We accept finished PowerPoint presentations, or we can help you create one. We can scan photos, slides, and negatives.
   
• PowerPoint or other graphic productions should be uncluttered. White text on a dark background looks best. 
   
• Graphics created for print don’t translate well to the big screen. We can modify existing print work to look its best for projection.
   
• Whenever possible, text should be submitted as a Microsoft Word document, plain text file, or emailed to us.
   
• For computer graphics, we gladly accept material on thumb drives, CD, DVD's,  and most memory cards. You can also email work to us at media@monmouthworship.org. We have a USB hub available for your device as well as audio and video inputs.
   
• We can play Ipods/MP3's, music CDs, VHS tapes or DVDs.  All tapes should be cued. Please let us know how long the clip runs.  For DVDs, please give us chapter and scene. Please provide track number for music CDs. We can record onto audio tape or CD.
