Rumor has it, that there are some TERRIFIC cooks among the men and women in Monmouth Worship Center. The MWC Meals Ministry is looking for a few good servants who can cook and would like to extend Christ's love to others.
WHAT IS THE MEALS MINISTRY
Through a team of volunteers, we provide meals to church family in times of need.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Throught the church office, the meals ministry coordinator is made aware of a need. Volunteers are then contacted, via email, and asked to provide a meal and deliver it to the recipient's home or to the church.
WHO DO WE SERVE?
We foremost serve Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. The ministry gives us the privilage to serve MWC families and individuals in times of need:
- After surgery or hospitalization
- After the birth of a child
- During times of crisis
HOW CAN I HELP?
The meals ministry is an excellent way to use your gift of cooking to make a difference in someone else's life, with minimal time commitment. In times of need, a friendly face and a meal is a true gift. You will set out to bless someone and ultimately be blessed yourself.
