Care Center Ministry

Our ministry goal  is to bring the  gospel of Jesus Christ to the sick, elderly, shut-in and disabled in our words and actions.

The John L. Montgomery:  Mike Dillon leads the service which meets on the 2^nd and 5^th Sundays at 2:00PM.  .  Jan and Bill Scheerer are regulars also and Bill volunteers every one afternoon a week.  The Bermans are a big part of the JLM team.  Thank you Marie Grolli for sending birthday cards every month.

The Applewood : Julie Verdi leads on the third Thursday of the month at 10:30 AM.  Members are Effie Turner, Janet Brunie, Hannah Gilroy, Rita Cooke, Gloria Ackers, John & Debbie Delatush, Clarissa Calo, Ninette Ruisi, Regina Opare-Sem.

The Willows:  Jan Scheerer leads the Willows service which meets on the third Tuesday night of each month at 6:00 PM.   The volunteers are:  Bill Scheerer, Elena and Frank Fernandez, and Mike and Maura Dillon, Christopher Jackson and   Elizabeth Choy-Kwong .

The Bayshore:  Marilyn Mauer leads the service at the Bayshore which is  held on the third Sunday of each month at 2PM.   Members of the ministry group are: Amanda, Christopher, Katie and Emily D’Oliveira, Ed Mauer and Jeanette Ingrassia.                    

We always need more volunteers.

Come and Serve Him.   Matthew 25:37-40 Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?  When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?  Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?  And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.
