It may be hard for you to feel optimistic about the future right now.  If you've lost a loved one, you've probably found that there are people around who may or may not understand the deep hurt you feel or the length of time it takes to grieve your loss.  It's difficult for others to understand unless they've been through it themselves and even then, each relationship with a loved one is unique and, so too is our grief/grieving period.  The one common denominator is God!

This is the reason for the Monmouth Worship Center Bereavement Ministry team.  Weekly support meetings, monthly video tapes/DVD's and discussions include topics such as:
